Welcome to
Offa Community Council was formed in April 1985. It is one of four Community Councils serving the town of Wrexham with a voting population in the region of 10,000.
The Council prides itself on being a forward thinking authority and pursues its policies with the aid of the Clerk to the Council, a Deputy Clerk, a Community Agent and a team of external Youth Workers. The Council is comprised of 18 elected members.
